Can I get RAW images?
I only provide high quality fully edited and retouched images. RAW files is simply unfinished work, and as my priority is to perform complete professional service, I never provide unprocessed amateur files.
When will I receive my photos?
Editing process usually takes between 14 to 30 days for small sessions, and 30 to 60 days for events. Time needed to finalise your images depends both on the package you've chosen and peak seasons.
How do I receive my photos?
You will receive your files digitally through an online link. You will be able to download the files on any device and share them with your family or friends within one month from the day they were sent, until the link is deleted. You will be able to request resending of your files within one year from your photoshoot day. After a year from your photoshoot day, I can not guarantee I can provide you with all your files.
Where do the sessions take place?
I offer sessions both indoors and outdoors. You are free to choose any location you like. However, it is customer's responsibility to pay extra fees in case the chosen location requires so.
Do you have a photography studio?
I can set up a mini photography studio for babies or adult portraits at your home free of charge.
Fully equipped professional studio is available to book at extra charge.
Can I have a session outside London?
I am absolutely happy to travel anywhere to provide photography services. However, customers are responsible to cover travel expenses for sessions outside London Zone 3. In occasions when I am not able to travel back the same day of the session the customer is also responsible to cover overnight expenses. Please also note, that I may sometimes offer sessions in Lithuania or Norway free of travel charge. For more information please contact me directly.
Do you provide clothing or styling services?
Customers are responsible for their own clothing, make up and styling. However, I am happy to advice and guide you with some ideas that will make your photos look balanced and aesthetically correct.
Do I have to pay a deposit?
To secure your booking you will need to pay a deposit worth 20% of the full package price. The rest of the amount is due on the session day.
Can I change my package after I've made a booking?
You can expand your package at anytime, extend the session time or order more photos in case I am able to do so.
Can I cancel or move my booking?
In case of cancelation the deposit is non refundable. However, you can always move your session to a different time slot or a different date if I am available then.
